TEACHING POSITIONS
4 year old Kindergarten (K4) Teacher
We are looking for someone to encourage advanced learning for our four year olds so that they can be ahead academically before they reach normal kindergarten. At CWCS, our K4 program is not preschool- but a step one kindergarten program. This Teacher should be able to manage a classroom, communicate and teach one or more subjects clearly and effectively and follow school procedures. They are responsible for monitoring each student’s progress and providing extra mentorship to those who need it. They should also enforce school rules and encourage good student behavior in and out of the classroom.
4th Grade Teacher
Do you love kids and want to encourage the best possible learning environment for them? Elementary Teachers should be able to manage a classroom, communicate and teach one or more subjects clearly and effectively and follow school procedures. They are responsible for monitoring each student’s progress and providing extra mentorship to those who need it. They should also enforce school rules and encourage good student behavior in and out of the classroom. Other responsibilities and duties include creating lesson plans, grading homework and tests, answering questions from students, following curriculum and working with other staff within the school.
Teaching Assistants
As our school continues to grow we need help in our classrooms more than ever. With teachers having to expand their class sizes, we need teaching assistants to help with in classroom learning such as helping lead small learning groups, grading, organizing lesson paperwork, assisting teachers with lessons and much more.
Substitute Teacher
A Substitute Teacher, or Sub, teachers and supervises students in the event that their regular teacher is unable to lead class. Their duties include managing classroom behavior, quickly interpreting lesson plans and creating reports to inform the students’ permanent teacher of their success. In order to create an encouraging learning environment for students while their regular Teacher is absent, the Substitute Teacher will need to effectively manage and instruct the class from roll call through to tidying up the classroom after the students have left. Some of the Substitute Teacher’s duties and responsibilities include: following lesson plans, supervising lunch and recess, drop off and pick up duties, and provide in class and homework assignments.

Administration Support
Under the direction of the Principal, the Administrative Assistant is responsible for assisting the school principal and office manager in the planning, organization, coordination, administration, and management of an assigned school’s activities and programs.
Staff Support
The duties and responsibilities of staff support vary depending on the level of education and the staff member needing help. Overall, staff support is in place to equip our teachers and faculty with resources and help with whatever they need.
School Volunteer
A school volunteer assists with programs, events and activities organized by the PTA, school or classroom teacher to support student success.
Administration Support
